Setting: House, Lake, Church
Main Character: a teenage girl

Plot:
The girl is at home with her mum, she decides to go for a run to her usual place, around the lakes. When she gets there there are lots of strange mysterious creepy noises (sticks breaking, wind blowing, footsteps) turns around and sees a figure going behind a tree. Looks behind the tree (suspenseful music) but there is nothing there. The girl get taped on the back, she screams, it is her friend. They start walking and talking, the path narrows and the girl walks in front, asks the boy a question but there is no reply. The girl turns around and they boy is gone. She starts to panic and searches for the boy. You hear a scream and the girl gets attacked, all goes quiet. Scene cuts showing both the boy (dead) and the girl (passed out with a head wound) laying on the floor.
See the boy mum standing at the grave of the boy after his funeral. Cuts back to the girls house with the police and the mother explaining that the girl is in a coma and still hasn't woken up, the last description she gave before her condition got worse was the it was a tall hooded figure wearing a devils mask. It is unlikely the girl will survive which is why she is having home treatment.

Sounds like a gripping plan! Don't try to include too much action - it's only 2 minutes!
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your comment and looking back through our story board we decided as a group that we were indeed trying to include too much action. We have now reviewed our footage and story board and cut it down by quite a lot (see storyboards and transitions 18/12/13)
